Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Recruiters In, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, which apply to clients and candidates across Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).


2. Scope of Services

Recruiters In provides recruitment, executive search, overseas manpower employment, HR consultancy, and payroll outsourcing services.
All services will be delivered according to the applicable labor and immigration laws of Pakistan, UAE, or KSA, depending on the service location.


3. Compliance With Local Laws

Recruiters In strictly adheres to:

  • Pakistan’s Employment & Labour Laws

  • UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and related regulations)

  • KSA Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (HRSD) regulations

All recruitment, documentation, and hiring procedures will comply with these legal requirements.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, salary details, visa requirements, and hiring criteria.
Any changes in job roles or legal requirements (e.g., visa type, employment contract adjustments) must be communicated promptly to ensure compliance with respective country laws.


5. Overseas Recruitment & Documentation

For UAE and KSA hiring:

  • All visa processing, offer letters, medical tests, and travel arrangements must comply with GAIC / Etimad (KSA) or MOHRE / ICP (UAE) regulations.

  • Recruiters In assists in ensuring documentation accuracy but final approval depends on government authorities.


6. Candidate Information & Data Protection

All candidate data shared with clients is confidential.
Clients may not share, distribute, or use candidate information outside the defined recruitment purpose.
Data handling follows regional privacy expectations, including Pakistan’s PDPA principles and GCC data protection guidelines.


7. Fees & Payment Terms

Recruitment fees must be paid according to the agreed service contract.

  • In Pakistan, payment terms follow local commercial practices.

  • In UAE and KSA, payments must comply with invoicing, taxation (including VAT where applicable), and corporate regulations.

Late payments may lead to service delays or suspension.


8. Replacement Policy

Recruiters In provides one replacement within the agreed period if:

  • Full payment has been received

  • Job role and conditions remain unchanged

  • The candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated for performance reasons

No replacement applies if employment terms change, the project closes, or the employer violates local labor laws.


9. No Charges to Candidates

In accordance with Pakistan, UAE, and KSA recruitment regulations, candidates shall not be charged any placement fee.
All hiring costs are borne by the employer unless explicitly allowed under local law.


10. Limitation of Liability

Recruiters In is not responsible for:

  • Employee behavior or performance after joining

  • Visa rejection or delays due to government policies

  • Employer non-compliance with local labor laws

  • Project delays or cancellations by the hiring company

The employer is responsible for onboarding, training, and legal employment requirements.


11. Service Modification & Authority Requirements

Recruiters In may modify service processes in response to:

  • Changes in Pakistan, UAE, or KSA labor laws

  • Government policy updates

  • Visa, immigration, or regulatory rule changes

Clients will be informed of any major procedural updates.


12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
All outstanding payments for services already rendered must be settled before termination.
Termination terms will comply with the commercial rules of the respective operating country.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Disputes will be governed by the applicable laws depending on service delivery:

  • Pakistan: Governed by Pakistani contract and labor laws

  • UAE: Governed by UAE Federal Laws and relevant free-zone regulations (if applicable)

  • KSA: Governed by Saudi Labor Law and HRSD regulations

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if needed, through the appropriate courts or arbitration channels in the respective country.
