1. Service Scope
Recruiters IN provides recruitment, HR consulting, outsourcing, and related services as agreed with the client.
All services delivered will be based on the job requirements, specifications, and instructions provided by the client.
2. Candidate Information
All candidate profiles and personal information shared by Recruiters IN are confidential.
Clients are not permitted to share, forward, or use candidate profiles for any purpose other than the agreed recruitment process.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, required qualifications, salary range, and any specific hiring criteria.
Any changes or updates must be communicated promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Recruitment Fees & Payment Terms
Recruitment fees will be charged based on the agreed pricing or service contract.
Invoices must be paid within the specified time frame. Late payments may result in delayed services or additional charges.
5. Replacement Policy
If a selected candidate resigns or is terminated within the agreed replacement period, Recruiters IN will provide one free replacement.
This policy applies only when payment is received in full and the termination is not due to role changes or organizational restructuring.
6. No Poaching Clause
Clients agree not to hire Recruiters IN employees or candidates already placed in other roles without prior written consent.
This ensures ethical hiring practices and fairness for all parties involved.
7. Confidentiality
Recruiters IN and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared documents, business information, and candidate data.
No information may be disclosed without prior written approval, except when required by law.
8. Candidate Verification
Recruiters IN conducts preliminary screening; however, final background checks, employment verification, and reference checks are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
9. Liability Limitation
Recruiters IN is not responsible for any loss, misconduct, or performance issues arising after the candidate joins the client’s organization.
The client is responsible for onboarding, training, and management of the selected employee.
10. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are violated or services are no longer required.
Payments for services already rendered must be settled before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the region where services are delivered.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if needed, through legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
